Parcel never arrived
I bought an air cooler for my dieing dog. It never arrived. The seller sent it to the wrong address. It got recorded as received. I asked for a refund it has been refused. The seller has a history of this scam which I have subsequently found out and proven. Still can’t get a refund or speak to someone at eBay. It’s a lot of money for a pensioner to lose. How can I go about getting eBay to understand.

Mentor1 month agoIf you can prove that the seller sent to the wrong address i.e. not the one on the slip to send to you, and you have the tracking details to do this, then you could try getting a call back from ebay. Note this link only works on phones and not the desktop, then get a call back and see if CS can help. Always better to do earlier in the morning as you have a better chance of speaking with someone in Dublin.

Mentor1 month agoIf you like eBay to try and investigate this further especially if you have proof there is a pattern for the seller doing this, you'll need to contact CS.
Contacting eBay Customer Services is not easy nowadays to get a live agent , but some have had success using the app, otherwise keep typing in ' I wish to speak to an agent' and this too can work.
Use this link to contact CS, if you can try at 8 a.m. on a weekday morning also more chance there for Dublin to answer.
