Parcel Mix up

Question

I've mixed up 2 parcels. Each buyer is willing to post the item directly to the other providing I pay the postage. However, buyer A doesn't want B to have her address so she requires a refund in respect of her own purchase.

So, I give A the address for B but how do I pay her when I can't add the postage cost to the refund for the original item?

Any help much appreciated.

You are not allowed to give out other people's contact info.Ask both buyers to open item not as described cases,you issue returns label and refund in full on return. Then relist for them to buy again.

Items must be returned to you and to sort out refunds.

It is very unwise to expect your buyers to forward to correct person, If item gets lost or damaged they would not want to get involved, and you would not be able to make clsims on Roysl Mail as you did not post.
