Parcel left by evri in recycling bin

My parcel was delivered by evri and left in the recycling bin then that has been emptied and I have not received my item please help I was not informed or sent proof of delivery on my end and I only found out this happened due to the buyer showing proof of delivery.. am I legible for a refund even though the buyer sent the item. It was supposed to be a gift and now I'm at a loss. I had no update notification of proof of delivery no picture provided or not even a note to say it had been left there. Does anyone know if I'm legible?

Mentor1 month agoIf the tracking on ebay is not showing as delivered open a "not received" case to get your money back.

OP1 month agoSee it was showing as delivered and the seller has the image of it being in the bin but I was never informed of this so I'm abit stuck i have opened a item not delivered thing but it doesn't seem to be going anywhere

Mentor1 month agoIf it's showing as delivered on ebay then a "not received" case will not work. If it's not showing delivered on ebay you need to escalate the case and that option will appear after after 3 complete working days.
