I posted an item and the buyer has not received it yet. it was sent simple delivery and ebay sent a message saying they were working with the buyer to resolve. The buyer will have paid extra to ensure delivery but I also told the buyer royal mail had a message saying, delay in delivery. What else do I have to do? as the Seller
