parcel I sent has not arrived yet, it was sent simple delivery. I have contact the Buyer.
I posted an item and the buyer has not received it yet. it was sent simple delivery and ebay sent a message saying they were working with the buyer to resolve. The buyer will have paid extra to ensure delivery but I also told the buyer royal mail had a message saying, delay in delivery. What else do I have to do? as the Seller

If you posted the item Simple Delivery, and the buyer has opened an INR claim, Ebay will deal with the claim.
