Parcel held at Royal mail depot
Have a buyer who's parcel is held at Royal mail, depot and has been asked to collect from the depot, The parcel was sent via royal mail collection, goods were picked up by royal mail and transported to the buyers local depot, Now royal mail are advising the parcel is to heavy and the buyer needs to collect.
Obviously the buyer is not happy as they paid for postage, is this something that needs to be resolved with the Buyer and Royal mail as the buyer is asking for compensation for his time and expense.
