Parcel held at customs in holland
I Sent a antique box to Holland after negotiation with the buyer to lower the price. I sent it tracked DPD but it is on hold in customs as the buyer needs to pay duty,
After trying to contact the buyer I have no reply from him. He has paid ebay but the question is when will I get the money or will I get paid if he refuses to pay duty on the item

Mentor7 months agoIf they refuse to pay the custom duty they lose all eBay buyer protection and cannot claim any refund.
Your payout may be held for a minimum of 14 days.
The item may even be returned to you at some future date.
