Parcel damaged beyond repair by delivery company
How do I explain to AI that Evri the delivery company say that they have damaged the parcel beyond repair (their words) and is still in the depot. It's like talking to a 4 yr old

Buyer simply opens a not received case assuming Simple Delivery was used, there is no need to contact ebay.
