Parcel case closed, cant appeal

Question

I returned an item for refund but eBay didn't register return, even though I tracked it and it was returned. Now the case is closed cos I didn't repond quickly enough. Evidently I cant appeal. Anyone else had similar problem?

When making a return having opened a case, within the 30 days allowed, once tracking shows delivered, the seller has 3 days to respond, on data 4 it is up to buyer to escalate. Just doing nothing and letting it run out of time case closes and ebay will not help.

Payment providers usually allow 120 days, but Paypal again only allows 30 days.

You could try contacting your payment provider to ask about a refund or chargeback.
