Hi looking for some help please. Sold two items posted out buyer has received and left positive feedback. Tracking showing as awaiting delivery which is frustrating as they have arrived buyer happy I'm now stuck as payment showing on hold

What does the tracking say on the Carriers site? Ebay rely on this information to be uploaded to them a couple of times a day. If carrier says delivered then contact CS to see if they can speed things up for you.
