Paid for new item recived a used item
I paid for a new battery for a samsung phone, however the one I recieved is clearly used, and it has a manufacture date of 2020.02.11 this is clearly NOT a new battery, and the glue patch on the back has clearly been attached to a phone, and the foil is wrinkled where it has been removed. I have contacted the seller and he says it is a new unused batter that was put in a phone for a few days to test it.
As far as I am concerned, if you were only fitting it to test it you would not remove the glue cover and stick it down fully... And having a manufacture date that is 5 years old doesn't exactly make it a new battery in my opinion... Do I put in for a refund and return, or just demand a refund without returning the used battery if the seller refuses to cover return postage?

I have looked through the options there and can't find any way to open a not as described case.

·6 months agoFollow the link in Post 2 and choose 'Go to purchase history'.
Then choose 'return this item' from the dropdown menu for the item you want to return.
Then choose 'INAD' as the reason for return.
