Paid for double postage!
I have recently sold an item and did not realise it had a postage element in the price charged to me by Ebay.
I have unfortunately paid for the postage again by taking it to the post office.
Can anyone tell me how I get my eBay postage money back?!!

Mentor2 weeks agoIf this was an unused Simple Delivery postage label, the refund goes back to whoever paid for that label.
If you selected 'Buyer pays’ when you created the listing, your buyer will automatically be refunded for any Simple Delivery label that isn’t used after 30 days
If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling.
If you didn't use the SD label, you will not be able to add your new tracking, though it'll be valid should your buyer open a case for item not received. Your payout for the item, may be held for a minimum of 14 days.
