Paid for delivery ended up picking up the car myself was told he would refund the £100
Bought a audi q 5 i paid £100 for delivery ended up picking it up myself as couldn't give a day for delivery he wasn't there when I arrived so I was told that he would refund the £100 and post the second key .log book.m.o.t it's two weeks had nothing i have contacted the seller 4times he says he will sort it out now he won't return my emails i told him to bank transfer to me he hasn't. i told ebay they are not interested because I used bank transfer and to go down the legal root i feel ebay has let me down i have been with them over 20years. And it's still up as not yet paid a disgruntled customer

Mentor6 months agoEbay provides absolutely no buyer protection for vehicles. It doesn't matter how you paid as you can't pay through checkout.
They can't let you down when they don't promise anything.
