Paid for delivery but seller now states it's collection only
Just bought and paid for an item, including delivery. The seller has messaged me to advise it is "Collection only". I queried this with seller as advert clearly stated delivery available and I paid for this service. I am not in a position to collect it. Can anyone kindly advise what I should do now please?

Mentor5 months agoYou can't force the seller to send it.
Either they will cancel and refund, or you will need to use the money back guarantee and make a claim for item not received.

Mentor5 months agoAsk them to cancel and refund your money. They cannot be made to send the item. If they don't cancel check the estimated delivery date on the listing and when that has passed select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:
