Paid for a item now I can't find the purchase or anything on my page

Question

Morning, i purchased an item the other day . I wanted to cancel it as it's taking too long to arrive but I can't find it anywhere on my purchase history or any links. It's like it's disappeared out of the blue.

I can't even request a refund or nothing .

All I have is the email with the item number

EBay chat is no hope

SOunds like you have ordered the item as a guest. Cases are handled slightly different in this case.
