Paid extra for Royal Mail Tracked 24, seller sent item by Royal Mail Tracked 48

Question

I paid extra for Royal Mail tracked 24 but the seller sent it Royal Mail tracked 48 which was free postage. Am I entitled to a partial refund for postage?

Any good seller would refund you the extra so no harm sending a polite message referring to the premium postal service and cost, not being used.

However, nothing to enforce them to partially refund. Unless you wish to go down the long route, or returning the item at the seller's expense for a Full refund, opening a case for item not as described, not receiving the service and delivery times paid for.
