Paid cash for an item collected in person
HI, I have sold a large item that was collected in person and buyer paid cash. Ebay is now trying to take the money off the buyer again so he has raised this with ebay and it has now raised a not collected ticket. The buyer is not saying this ebay is. I need to pay ebay for selling the item, how do I do this please? I have not sold through ebay much and am clueless.

Mentor6 months agoI am afraid that by not following the rules, you have got into this situation.
You cannot mark as paid, and have no proof of delivery and as ebay have opened a case, presumable for non Payment or Not Received, I doubt that you can cancel the sale.

Having got into this situation it would have been best for both you and buyer to do nothing, involving ebay just made the situation worse and both you and buyer may have action taken against you by ebay.

You are not allowed to exchange them until buyer pays through ebay checkout.

Mentor6 months agoeBay don't actually allow cash for collected items these days but there won't be any fees unless it's a vehicle. See if you can just cancel the transaction using the link on here:
