Paid but not collected
Buyer has paid for goods over 10 days ago. I have messaged twice but still no reply. Cant find a direct link to Ebay customer services for advice either.
Advice Please ???

Mentor3 weeks agoSend one more message giving them a short deadline to respond and saying if they don't that you will assume they want to cancel. After the deadline passes, cancel.
