Packlink question
So i posted a pokemon card out with packlink purchased through ebay, and I was led to believe that if an item was lost/damaged during postage that it worked the same as the simple delivery. Ye iv just had an item lost that was posted out, and being told I have to sort the claim out myself and its nothing to do with eBay. Tho I purchased their postage. Seems a bit of a scam they'll be getting their cut from royal mail. My main issue is that if I do the complaint myself because the item was low value only £10 royal mail send stamps out instead of a cheque, I dont want stamps i want the money for the item that was lost, which eBay make out the latest their covering.

That is incorrect.
If the item doesn't arrive, or arrives damaged, you have to deal with any claim from the buyer and then make a claim against the carrier, through Packlink.
