Packlink - daylight robbery
I am usually sending parcels under 500g, packlink overcharging me constantly. They are expecting me to put every parcel on the scale and take a picture of it so later I can prove them wrong and request compensation for overcharge.

Mentor5 months agoIf your not happy with them then don’t use them. Go direct with the provider eg Royal Mail or ups etc.
if there are any subsequent problems you deal direct with the carrier and not a third party agent who are difficult to deal with at the best of times.

From your attachment it looks as though you are using 1.00 KG labels, but being surcharged because parcels are overweight. Are you claiming that their weighing scales are incorrect?

OP5 months agoIt's not really a question, just wanted to share my experience with other sellers.
I don't know where they are taking those numbers from, that's for sure not from my parcels.
