Packaged items wrong and posted one item instead of 2
I didn’t realise that the buyer had bought two items and that the postage label was for both items to be sent together. I posted one item and now cant post the second as the label has been used. What do I do?

Mentor8 months agoYou have free delivery on your items so just buy your postage as normal. you can keep a record of the tracking number in case buyer opens a not received claim
