Package tracking not moving for almost one month
Hi everyone,
I bought something from the US, I am based in the EU. Paid on 8th of December, last tracking update was on the 19th of December saying it was on its way to the ePost Global Processing Center. No movement since then. I understand it was probably a busy period but is this normal?

Mentor6 months agoYou are in Romania and this is this is the UK site where rules may differ. Best to pursue this issue for ' Item not received' through your registered EU site or www.ebay.com before time runs out for opening a case.

Mentor6 months agoIf the seller was late in sending then the latest update makes some sense but you still only have 30 days from the original estimated delivery date on the listing to get a refund via ebay so don't let that deadline slip by.

Mentor6 months agoWhat was the last estimated date for delivery for your item? This is shown on the original listing.
Yes, it is a busy period around Christmas / New year and it is an international postal item, but you did buy and pay way before this period.
Be aware, you only have 30 days from the last estimated date for delivery to open a case with eBay for a full refund. If you are close to this time I suggest you open a case now, but first log out of this UK site, and log into www.ebay.com to continue....
If you are not fully refunded within 3 days, you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case, and eBay will step in and force the refund.
Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give, and do not forget to escalate.

OP6 months agoThe estimated delivery is 8th-20th of January, so there’s some time left. Was just wondering if the slow pace was normal. Thank you a lot for the insight!

Mentor6 months agoAaah, then yes, you do have a much longer time to take.
With international post there's never a definite cert time to say yes this is a normal or abnormal time to wait, but in my humble opinion , I cannot see it as any quick postal delivery.
Keep an eye on that last estimated date for delivery.
