Package not delivered despite tracking saying it had been
Item bought as guest did not arrive though tracking says it did. Is there any proof it was delivered?? Photo? How do I get refund?

Mentor6 months agoeBay will usually go by the tracking but contact them about it. Click on the help link at the top of any page. Select any topic then scroll down to Contact Us and get to automated assistant. Ask to speak to an agent and repeat until it passes you to a real person.
Also ask your neighbours in case someone has taken it in.
