Package delayed,buyer has not opened up a case.but I think they recieved parcel
Hi has anyone else had this.i sent a parcel on August 25 th 2025 up to now sept 4 th 2025 it keeps saying ready to be delivered,out for delivery now its ready for deliverey.i keep messaging my buyer to ask if they have received the parcel,but receiving no reply.i think the postman has posted my parcel and not scanned it.This is easily done if they are distracted in some way.As my eBay account is still saying the item is despatched but won’t go to delivered.can anyone help me with this.i like to make sure everyone gets my items quickly but this is totally confused me.Thanks

Mentor11 months agoIt's best not to contact the buyer and alert them that you don't know if they have the item. They will open a case if they need to. If the tracking doesn't update the payment will be held for 14 days but you will get it after that.
