Own postage
Hi. I sold a guitar but instead of using eBay's postage, (which seemed very low), I used my own via Royal Mail. Item received ok and the purchaser is very happy with the guitar. The only problem is that the website says it has not been received. Any advise would be very helpful.

Mentor5 months agoNothing much you can do, but in the event of buyer saying not received, you would be able to add your tracking to prove delivery.

Mentor5 months agoIf you didn't use the label provided there's no way to add your own tracking number to prove delivery, so your payment may be held for 14 days.
