Overweight
Just printed a shipping label that says upto 2KG however my package is 3KG. The email states that they will accept it even if its more than whats on the label. My question is can Ebay penalise me for that?
Thank

Mentor3 weeks agoNo. ebay say if you used the recommended parcel size when listing your item and it exceeds the maximum size and weight of the label, you won’t be charged any additional costs. Just go ahead and use the Simple Delivery postage label. The courier will accept your package providing it remains within the maximum weight and dimensions for the service.
