‘oversized’ shipping not activating on listing
Summary: loxley_and_sapphire is facing an issue with the eBay app where the shipping option for oversized items automatically reverts to Royal Mail 48, despite selecting the correct oversized option. This problem has persisted for months, preventing them from listing their oversized items, which remain in drafts. They are seeking assistance for a solution.
I have some oversized items I’m starting to list but there’s a problem with ‘oversized’ shipping. I’m in the UK 🇬🇧 so have removed Royal Mail as a postal option as they don’t carry my size of item.
However, the listing always switches back to Royal Mail 48 even when I’ve clicked the ‘oversized’ option.
This has been happening for months, so all of my oversized items I’ve tried to list are currently sitting in ‘drafts’.
For context, I am using the EBay app on my phone to list and here is the item in question.
