Oversized parcel
Hi, I am posting an item sized 74cm x 22cm x 11cm and the maximum size Simple postage suggested was Up to 61 x 46 x 46 cm. Cant contact support and we know how bad the AI assistant is, so what do I do? I've looked and Reddit suggests just posting it and they should accept it. I have tried altering the drop down box but as its already at maximum theres nothing more I can do.
