I sold ex Army unused jerry cans. These sold very well. Then one of the buyers reported a pin hole leak. I took the decision to cancel all the orders because of the risks. I put it down to out of stock and informed all the buyers. I now find that my performance is below what is expected. Ive tried to appeal the decision but its been over 90 days. The next performance review will lead to my suspension. I cant get passed AI to speak or email anybody to ask for help
Any one have any ideas

Mentor4 months agoCancelling as out-of stock gives you a defect.
Ebay expect sellers only list items they actually have.
If it is over 90 days, too late to appeal.

OP4 months agoI did have them but had a report that pn jerry can was leaking so I pulled them all for safety reasons
