I had 2 items for sale with simple postage , I combined the items and refunded one of the postage the new weight was more than I anticipated so I purchased postage off the Royal Mail site, but now I can not put items as dispatched, and I am getting "over due" notifications, how can I stop these

Mentor10 months agoOnce that Simple delivery label was triggered, it marked the item as dispatched so there's no further action here.
Those reminders to dispatch, sounds like it's for the one which did not use the SD label will soon stop, there's no method to mark that as dispatched or add tracking for it. Payment for that item may then be held for a minimum of 14 days before being released.
