Hello to all

What's wrong with RM special delivery labels bought on ebay? Why it is no option to download VAT invoice for it?

When I buy other RM postage labels the option to download VAT invoice is available so why not for special delivery?

Anybody experienced with the same problem?

Special Delivery with RM is vat exempt.

Tracked 24/48 services aren't and include Vat hence why you get a VAt receipt for them.
