HI GUYS

i have a issue where the orders page will not load in it is just blank

it the same on my pc and phone

i have deleted cookies etc and removed app and reinstalled but still the same

any ideas

This is an issue many are facing today, community managers have been tagged and hopefully will come back with an answer that hopefully eBay are aware, and working on this.

Meanwhile, a member has come up with this helpful workaround:

Until they get it fixed you can go to the accounts section, click on payments, click on total funds and click on transaction activity and you will be able to find your order, click on order number and you should be able to access it from there.
