I ordered a hairspray and used guest check out (using work computer) - the item hasnt arrived even though i paid for next day delivery and i have no email confirmation of paying for it, apart from it showing in PayPal and on my bank statement. I have emailed the company but they havent responded, WHAT CAN I DO!? I need to speak to a person, not the auto bot!
