Ordered one BRAND AND RECEIVED A DIFFERENT ONE
I ORDERED ZOOMIE pet spray via EBAY, I received 2 boxes with a different Brand name Printed in large letters at the front YEGBONG.
I have poor eyesight so when not seeing the small letters I wrongly assumed that Zoomie would be mentioned somewhere as the Manufacturer.
Not so, after putting glasses on to find instructions, no mention of Zoomie at all, I feel my order has been diverted to another seller in China, I have tried to explain this to EBAY but my messages keep vanishing, What are your thoughts

select "Item doesn't match description" and escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.
