Ordered an item from offline seller
I have bought an item on the 24 th of march and now it’s the 3 rd of march and I sent a cancellation form as the seller wasn’t communicating . However that didn’t work as it got automatically declined by eBay because the seller didn’t respond . I keep getting put to chatbots when I try to ask eBay what to do . I’ve had a look at the sellers page and it looks empty and the item I bought now says something like content deleted because of policy violation.

If so, what's the latest estimated delivery date showing on it?

Mentor4 months agoOkay, so it's a tangible item (not a digital one) so should be covered.
You need to contact eBay and explain that you haven't received your item, they should be able to open a claim for you manually.
