ordered 2 of same item but only got 1!
how do i register my item not received when i got parcel but only one item and not 2 as ordered. says delivered which it was but its short. communication poor from seller as parcel took ages to dispatch and was late as it is.

Mentor1 month agoIf the price for the two items is showing for the one transaction on your purchases list start a return on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041
And select "Item doesn't match description". If necessary escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.

Mentor1 month agoOpen item not as described case, if you open item not received as,you will lose as you did receive something.
Escalate on day 4 if no label or refund.
