Order sent to wrong address
I have mistakenly sent an order to the wrong address. I refunded the original buyer. I have proof of where the parcel went and the person admitted they received it.
I have asked them either to return it to me and I would pay the postage or offetrd it to them st a reduced price, all of which they have ignored.
This person previously bought off me which is how l got the labels mixed.
Is there anything else I can do.

Mentor2 weeks agoYou need to provide a reply paid label if possible, your customer may be wary of promises to pay cost of return postage, after return.
