·4 months agoYou don't need to do anything unless the buyer starts a return case saying the items are 'not as described'.
If they do, then you can either offer them a partial refund or accept the return, provide a label and refund them when you get the item back.
You use phrases like 'slight damage' and 'wear and tear'.
One of your boxes with 'wear and tear' has quite a big rip in the side.
Be more accurate with your descriptions.
With the items you are selling, the box may be important to the buyer so be very honest and don't assume they will look at all of the pictures.
