Order posted and delivered to the buyer
I posted an order bought from me but I do not used the label generated by eBay because it was an ordinary label and I have to insured the item because of it cost.
However, the order has been delivered to the customer and the customer has send in message to thank us for the quick and efficient delivery but the delivered order is still showing dispatched.
How can I change the postage status to delivered ?

Mentor1 month agoYou can't change tracking number so you cannot show delivery. You can mark dispatched by clicking on Get prepaid label > Print label for the original label. It will remain unused and the cost will be automatically refunded to the buyer in 30 days (assuming they paid for it). Payment may be held for 14 days. Or as a new or infrequent seller payment may be held for 30 days.
For future reference, ebay's Simple Delivery covers sellers for most items up to £750 (excluding precious metals and gems). That means in case of loss or damage in transit ebay refunds the buyer and the seller keeps the payment.

OP1 month agoThank you for your time but unfortunately you seems to misunderstood my question.
The simple questions are the following:
1. If generated label is not used for postage and another label was purchased by the seller and used .
2. The order was received by the buyer but the journey on eBay is still showing despatched .
3. How can I change the final journey to delivered so that my selling page can be clear of wrong representation.
Thank you
