Order of item on January 24th but no update on order
I ordered 2 items in January 24th they been paied for and the status is saying not delivered. I have contacted the seller but have not got a reply. What to do?

Mentor5 months agoDon't run out of time to open a case ---You only have 30 days from order or estimated delivery date given to open an official 'Item not received' case below --- follow the instructions carefully and escalate case to eBay on day 4 for their assistance in obtaining a full refund >

OP5 months agoThere is no estimated delivery date as far as I can see the other orders I made has estimated date and tracking but this one has no tracking or estimated date it only says paied in the status. I messaged the seller today as well.

OP5 months agoI made the order to get the 3 episodes of an anime that was missing on a previous that was going to be included in my current order of this purchase.

Mentor5 months agoCheck the last estimated delivery date on the listing and if that has passed select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:

Escalate it 3 complete working days later to get refund.
