Mentor6 months agoWe have no access to your account, and I cannot see any recent unsold / sold listings. The amount is similar to the listing fees for a vehicle. Did you list one for sale but the buyer pulled out after buying? These fees are not refundable sale or no sale.

If this doesn't clear up the matter contact Customer Services who have full access to your account and can explain any charge for you.
I strongly recommend contacting CS 8 a.m. on a weekday when the lines open for ' live agents' as then, there's more chance of Dublin answering.
