I purchased a Nintendo Wii which needs a parent PIN but the seller hasn't responded to my message. How do I resolve this?

Mentor7 months agoOpen a not as described case. Then it is up to seller to resolve, or send a reply paid label to return for a full refund.
If no response in three days on day 4 escalate to ebay.
It does pay to read what is on every listing, on right -
