I ordered an Apple Airpod 2nd Generation white charging case on 17th May 2026 with payment taken on the same date, and have still not received my goods. I purchased the item as a guest and, since opened an account under the email address used for the purchase, which I thought would display the item but hasn't up to date (10th June). When I look at the order details on the email received at the time of purchase the delivery info circle shows paid in blue with the tracking and the delivered circle in grey. Please can someone help as I think I might have been scammed! Thanks.

Mentor4 months agoThe email you got when you bought as a guest will tell you how to claim for item not received. Or use the help search function.
Guest purchases never get transferred to an account.
