Mentor7 months agoThe seller can send you a feedback revision request. Send them this link:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/account/changing-account-settings/feedback-profiles?id=4204
Tell them to click on FAQ "I received negative feedback that I don't think is fair. What can I do?" and then click on "revise their feedback".
You can use something like Paypal to repay the money. You will need the seller's email address for that.
