Order not showing money been took
I ordered a Pepsi Tumbler cup. It was 19.99, I made the order, purchased it watched it with my very own eyes. My bank also shows -19.99 so money had definitely been took. Yesterday I realised the cup should of arrived by now, I check my order history and nothing is there. I've messaged the seller, they said no order has come through and they sent me a screenshot of their orders and mine is nowhere to be seen. Please any help would be appreciated

If so, you can open an item not received claim.
