Order not received
I paid for an order on 10th April 2026. I have not received my order and they are not communicating with me after I asked for refund. Every time I try to report it to ebay I am giving a choice of my purchases to choose from but the relevant one is not there ( list doesn't go back to 10th April ) therfore I am unable to report it. What should I do ?

Mentor3 weeks agoYou are far too late to claim any refund from eBay.
They have a 30 day MBG Money Back Guarantee policy written on every listing. You are probably too late to claim from your payment provider too, most have a 120 day buyer protection policy.
Never leave it so late to claim and familiarise yourself with eBay's MBG , link below too, as it can save you a lot of time and money when buying on eBay.
