Order not received
I purchased some yarns and wanted to complete a project as a Christmas gift. I placed the order on the Nov 27 2025.
the order was .$192.25 I contacted EBay for help and I got a refund of $14.79 . With constant tracking, it showed that the order is still in transit. I have contacted the seller and I have not received any communication nor response from them. Please I need help.

Mentor6 months agoeBay has a 30 day MBG Money Back Guarantee policy, written on every listing, within that time you can claim for a full refund for any item not received.
This time has long passed for you, but you can try your payment provider now, for help with your refund.
