Order not complete
Hi all ,my daughter has just received her order from Ebay and had signed in as a guest, problem is the order was not complete, and now can't find away to ask seller about it ,any help on how she can do this would be appreciated,

Mentor2 weeks agoGuest buyer opens a Not as described case, through the confirmation email received from ebay.
Go for a full refund, seller cannot ignore a case, and do not close case on any promises.
Seller does not know the buyer, only the name given by ebay for a guest buyer.

Be sure to open the correct case! If this was one incomplete order, you open a case for item not as described, and not one for item not received.
