I would be grateful for some advice
I have an order that’s not been delivered from bird store.
the eBay assistant keeps telling me I’ve made no orders, but I have
eBay messaged me yesterday and they contacted the seller who has now emailed me. offered to resend my order with a reply link. I would like the order resent but when I press the reply link it just says page not loaded
I can’t get to talk to anybody and get any sense of eBay can anybody advise what I do because at the moment the money has gone out of my account but I’ve not received an order and I can’t talk to anybody thank you

Mentor4 months agoYou bought as a guest. There are different ways of dealing with issues when you do that. Please see the email ebay sent you when you paid, that explains what to do.
Or put 'buying as a guest' into the help search box.
