Order from overseas
The ad said buy 2 get 2 free. I ordered 4, so I expected 8. Lovely quality but microscopic sizes. And only 4. Also said British distribution. No. Beijing. Good communication, but they won’t address the quantity issue. I’ve got as far as returning them for an appropriate size. My refund will be initiated on receipt. I’ve an idea they’ll never get there. Any ideas?

Mentor10 months agoAre you returning through a return case, and if so what reason for return did you use?
You mention British Distribution, on the listing it is LOCATION that matters, if shown as in the UK then that is where return goes to.
If you have not followed correct procedure, then I think you right, you will not get replacements or refund.
