order didn't arrive but it's not listed under my orders
I ordered a book which was supposed to arrive by Tuesday 28 July 2026. The book didn't arrive. I have an email receipt giving all the order details, including order number, price, etc. but the order isn't listed under my orders. I can't find any way to communicate with Ebay without being able to go to the order on the website. How do I contact Ebay to find out what has happened? Thanks for your help.

To track a guest order on eBay, follow these steps:
Find your eBay guest order confirmation email with the subject line starting "Order Confirmed".
Select View order details in the email.
Select Show delivery details to see the delivery status bar, including the delivery company, tracking number, and the current location of your item.
If you don’t see tracking information, select Contact seller on the Order Details page to ask if they will upload the tracking number.
If you can’t find your guest order confirmation email, you can find guest order details to get a link to your order details again.
